Marys Churches

The Church of the Immaculate Conception of Marysburg
(north of Madison Lake, MN) and The Church of the Nativity
(in Cleveland, MN) form a Catholic community united in Christ under one pastor, Fr. Allan Paul Eilen.

We welcome you to the doors of our parishes as we seek to bring the love and peace of Christ to our little corner of the earth.

The Immaculate Conception of Marysburg invites you to their Annual Fish Fry on Friday, April 11th—serving from 4:30 – 7:30. Enjoy Fried Fish, Au gratin potatoes, vegies, coleslaw, bread, dessert and beverages. Adults $10; Kids 6-12 only $3; Tots 5 and under are free.

Marysburg is located 2.5 miles north of Madison Lake near the 4-way junction of County Roads 26, 15 and 16.

Also available will be Adoration @ 4 pm, Stations of the Cross at 5 p.m. and Mass at 5:30 p.m.

Soon Easter will be here! In preparation, Penance services till be held on April 8 at the Immaculate Conception of Marysburg, 7 p.m., and on April 13 at Nativity Church at 3 p.m.

Everyone is invited to join our Faith Formation students in praying the Stations of the Cross at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesdays at Nativity. (In the event that school is cancelled, Faith formation classes and Station of the Cross would be cancelled.)

As in the past, the Holy Thursday Mass, April 17, will be at the Immaculate Conception of Marysburg, 7 p.m.  Veneration of the Cross will be on Good Friday, April 18, at Nativity Church at 7 p.m. The Holy Saturday Easter Vigil Mass on April 19, will be at Nativity this year at 8:30 p.m.

This year’s annual Fish Fry at Marysburg will be held on Friday, April 11th! (It has been changed from the Date of March 28th as shown on the Parish wall calendar.) Get hungry!

The INCREDIBLE Power of Prayer...

Prayer is communicating with God. All you have to do is ask God for His help. Psalm 107:28-30 tells us, "Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress. He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed. They were glad when it grew calm, and he guided them to their desired haven." There is power in prayer!

"And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints" (Ephesians 6:18).

Please join us in praying for those who need the strength only achieved through the Power of Prayer....
